This album is intended to help bring peace and relaxation to the listener.

It can be used as a tool for practicing sound meditation at your convenience where and when you like. In sound meditation you focus on the sound to guide you into a deeper relaxing state of consciousness.
The listener has the choice to experience the complete sound bath meditation (about an hour) or in parts as shorter meditations, ranging from 2 to 9 minutes long. For the best sound experience head phones or ear pods are recommended. Also a quite place either at home or in nature is also recommended.
